The line

The line than we considered features 55 kilometers of the coast of the municipality of Rimouski. This coast is marked by the presence of a highway, that line has the function of allowing a vehicular access but at the same time we see this line like a divider. There’s no connection, a water presence felt even at the sensory level, and visible and tangible within the city and the river. This concept is denied at the urban level, because of the presence of the promenade that leaves no access to the sea. Within the Bic, the boundary that separates the man and the natural environment is definitely beaten. In the city urban space in front of the water is the car space.
