F. Galleri, D. Valente

The area includes the city of Le Bic and Rimouski is characterized by a horizontal course which is not open to the St. Lawrence River. Trend due to two main elements: the barriers built as a defense from the river that avoid direct connection with it, and the presence in site of “plateau”. Spatial analysis showed that the area has significant environmental elements, but disconnected with each other through linear elements such as road and rail, which do not allow a dialogue between the coastal system and the National Park of Le Bic with the shirt agriculture and the cities of Le Bic and Rimouski.
